A huge thank you to ICA volunteer Dr. Tony Buffington and board member Ilka Ross for representing the Interstitial Cystitis Association at the American Urological Association (AUA) Patient Advocacy Connections Program (PACP) and AUA Summit in Washington, DC!

Alongside urologists and fellow patient advocates, they took their seats at the table — and their voices to Capitol Hill — to ensure that the needs of IC/BPS patients are heard by the people who make the decisions that matter most.

From advocacy training to face-to-face meetings with lawmakers, Tony and Ilka showed up for our community in the most powerful way. We are so grateful for their dedication and passion.

Together, patients and physicians are stronger. Together, we demand change.
