ICA Advocacy Day
The ICA Board of Directors and staff were on Capitol Hill on February 11, 2026, to represent the patient voice and advocate for much-needed federal research funding for interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS). Patients deserve answers, better treatments, and real progress.
Advocacy works: because of our previous efforts, CDC funding for IC education and awareness has doubled—from $1.1M to $2.1M. We’re proud of this momentum and committed to keeping it going.
