Honoring 40 Years with the ICA

Untitled Design(33)

Did you know that the ICA is turning 40 this year? Founded by Dr. Vicki Ratner in 1984, the ICA has been unwavering in its commitment to supporting, educating, and advocating for those affected by IC/BPS—a chronic bladder condition that impacts millions of people worldwide.

Why is this milestone significant?

The ICA has been the sole non-profit organization focused on IC/BPS for four decades.

Our organization tirelessly works to raise awareness, advocate for research, and provide a supportive community for IC/BPS patients, serving as a vital resource for patients and their families.

How can you get involved?

  • Set up a fundraiser: Whether it’s a virtual event, bake sale, or donation drive, your efforts can make a difference.
  • Donate: Your contribution directly impacts the lives of those affected by IC/BPS.
  • Spread the word: Share our mission with friends, family, and colleagues.

Join us! As we reflect on this significant year, we’ll acknowledge our achievements and look ahead to the future. We’re eager to maintain our connection with you throughout this journey. Keep an eye on your inbox for ICA emails, follow us on social media, and participate in the activities of our 40th anniversary fundraiser.

Thank you for being part of our mission to improve the lives of people affected by IC/BPS. Together, we can continue to make a difference!
