Time to Spring into warmer weather!
Warmer weather means more opportunity for physical activity. Getting up and moving is not only good for your heart, joints and waist line, it can be good for your mental health as well. However, IC patients need to be cautious with the types of exercise they do. Avoid motions and surfaces that jar your body, heavy straining, and excessive stretching, which can lead to flares.
