Support for Locals in Pain – in the Land Down Under!
There are people living with interstitial cystitis (IC) and chronic pain all across the world. Many chronic pain sufferers feel isolated and alone, and only other people living with chronic pain really understand what it is like. That’s why Norah Baldock, of Port Lincoln, Australia, decided to start a local support group for people, like her, who suffer with chronic pain. Read more about Norah and her support group here.
Did you know there are many regularly meeting IC support groups located throughout the US and around the world? These groups are open to all who wish to attend. Find out about a support group near you, or start one for your area.
If there aren’t any IC support groups in your area, be sure to check out ICA’s online support community.
