Learning to THRIVE (L2T) Program

Looking for women living with IC/BPS to participate in a research study.

Are you interested in participating in an online program designed to improve the lives of people with chronic pain through education and social support? The L2T Program is a free, six-week program that can be completed 100% online.

The L2T Program will run from Monday, 9/25, through Sunday, 11/4. Most of the program involves completing activities on your own time; however, there will be a once-per-week live, virtual meeting where you will have an opportunity to engage with program facilitators and fellow participants. The live, virtual meetings will take place on the following dates/times:

  • Saturday, 9/30:           10:00 – 11:30 a.m. Eastern
  • Thursday, 10/5:           7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Eastern
  • Saturday, 10/14:         10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Eastern
  • Saturday, 10/21:         10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Eastern
  • Saturday, 10/28          10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Eastern
  • Saturday, 11/4:           10:00 – 11:30 a.m. Eastern

Participants are asked to attend as many of the sessions as possible but at least four of the six. Participants who attend at least four of the six sessions will receive a $100 Amazon gift card as a thank-you for their time.

In addition to engaging in the program, participants will be asked to complete short surveys before, during, and after the program and a brief interview when the program is over. Participation is voluntary, and all information that participants provide will be kept confidential.

If you are interested in participating, please complete this short Google Form.
