On September 14, 2019 #ICAwareness was heightened Coast to Coast. The Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA) held two Walks for an IC Cure raising awareness and funds to support the interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS) community. Together, over 150 passionate patients, husbands, wives, partners, children, neighbors, co-workers, sponsors, and healthcare providers were marching for more IC awareness, better treatments, and a goal to conquer IC.

Many thanks to our Coast-to-Coast Walk for an IC Cure hosts, speakers, award winners, and sponsors

Check out the pictures highlighting the day’s events from San Diego and Charlotte. It’s not too late to support the Walk for an IC Cure program. Help ICA to march on by supporting the Walk for an IC Cure program today, or consider joining one of the upcoming Walks for an IC Cure.

No one with IC should feel alone – there’s an army of supporters behind you, ready to march with you. The ICA fights misconceptions so that patients are not overlooked and misunderstood. We fight for continued healthcare provider education and IC research. We are working together to revolutionize the way we think about this condition.
