Hydrocodone 100 Days Survey

The National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association (NFMCPA) is conducting a survey to learn about the impact new Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations have on people who rely (or relied) on opioid pain prescriptions such as hydrocodone medications to control their chronic pain condition. The purpose of this survey is to see how the rescheduling of hydrocodone has affected patients with chronic pain. Responses will be used to determine how these new regulations are impacting access to hydrocodone medications for people who are reliant on these medications to help live with chronic pain, and the effects of pharmacists deciding not to fill prescriptions written by prescribers who are caring for their patients.

Completing this survey will take between 15-25 minutes, depending on your answers.
