Donor Stock Transfer Instructions

ICA gratefully accepts gifts of stock. It is important that the donor notify the ICA offices of the impending transaction so that we can be sure that the donor receives the appropriate acknowledgement from ICA.

Below are the stock transfer instructions to give to your stock broker.

All deliveries MUST include client name and Schwab account number.
