Heidi and Estelle have both had the opportunity to learn about IC over the past several years through their work at Aquinox Pharmaceuticals. As IC is not well known and many suffer in silence with few treatment options available, they have decided to help raise funds and awareness for IC patients as part of their trek up Mount Kilimanjaro in August.

Help them help others who suffer with IC by donating directly to the Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA). ICA is the only non-profit charitable IC organization in the US dedicated to improving the quality of healthcare and lives of people living with IC. Awareness and funding will benefit IC patients in Canada and other regions as well.

ICA relies entirely on donations. You can build hope for IC patients by making your generous donation. They plan to post their progress along the way and will summit on August 19th. ICA will be sharing their posts on Facebook!
