ICA is losing funding from CDC that has fueled critical work in IC education and awareness. Representing nearly 40% of ICA’s annual operating income, the CDC funding supported ICA’s website and the knowledge base of IC information resources available to you. The funding also made a national billboard campaign possible, developed a continuing medical education program on IC for healthcare providers, and made an online tool available to help you manage IC-related pain. And it helped to defray administrative expenses associated with ICA’s patient support services provided by email and phone.

ICA is the only 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable organization that works solely for the benefit of the more than 12 million men, women, and children suffering with IC.
