On April 29, 2016, ICA hosted an evening of IC friendly food and fun at Sur La Table in Skokie, IL.  ICA supporters were invited to this free event that included professional Chef Mitchell Jamra instructing participants on preparing an IC friendly meal, and Dr. David Klumpp of Northwestern University sharing the most recent discoveries in IC research.  Attendees also had the opportunity to meet with members of the ICA Board of Directors, staff, and other IC patients in their area.  The event was a great success, and we hope to be able to do more of them in the future.
