IC Hope Research Study
Dr. Laura Santurri and colleagues at the University of Indianapolis are conducting the IC Hope Research Study. This study has been approved by the University of Indianapolis Human Research Protections Program (HRPP)/Institutional Review Board (UIndy Study #1012, approved January 15, 2019). The purpose of this study is ultimately to better understand how people living with interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome/bladder pain syndrome (IC/PBS/BPS) are coping with the condition in effective ways.
There are two phases to the study. The first phase involves completing a 20-minute online survey about overall health, experiences of pain, and sexual health in people living with IC/BPS/PBS. Those who are interested in participating in the second phase of the study, which involves completing an interview and some reflective exercises, may indicate their interest at the end of the survey.
