| National Doctors' Day: March 30, 2009
Where would we be without the great doctors who treat IC?
In celebration of National Doctors' Day on March 30th, the Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA) thanks all of the doctors and allied health professionals who help people with interstitial cystitis (IC). We are grateful for the caring doctors who skillfully research IC, diagnose it, treat it, and strive to improve the lives of people with IC.
We send special thanks to the doctors from all specialties who participate in the ICA Healthcare Provider Registry, a free service helping people with IC locate healthcare providers in their area who treat IC. The Registry is a testament to the dedication of these providers.
We encourage you to thank your special IC doctor in March in recognition of National Doctors' Day. Let your IC doctor know how important they are in your life by sending them a thank you note. Or, make a donation to the ICA in their honor and the ICA will send them a thank-you note acknowledging that the donation was made by you in appreciation for their kindness and care. This tribute gift will also be listed in the ICA Update.
